The PMD Group, LLC Realty is a family owned and operated apartment rental business located in Somerville, Massachusetts. Our family has been operating businesses in Somerville for over 70 years. Brothers Peter and Michael Dupuis are always available to our tenants and perspective tenants when needed. 

Since we not only manage but we own our buildings, PMD Group, LLC Realty is not your typical apartment rental business. For this reason you will find our properties to be some of the best “kept” rental spaces in the area. We freshly paint and update our apartments between tenancies. We have a full time service and maintenance crew, not a list of subcontractors like many of our competitors.
